Pay per click, or PPC advertising, are campaigns in which a search engine is paid for placement on their search result page (or SERP). These ads display either on the top of the search results page or on the side (denoted by area highlighted below):

Pay Per Click Advertising Areas

PPC is charged at a specified rate per click (or visitor) to the site from the search engine. The rate depends on the popularity of the keywords chosen to rank for and how relevant your website is determined for that keyword. While this is an immediate means to be found for a search term, each click is a set charged amount.

The gap has closed in marketing terms between small companies and large multinational companies… the playing field is now as level as it has ever been. Yes of course larger companies will always have bigger marketing budgets to get their product or service to a larger demographic but for small companies or even sole traders who want to spend a bit of time on promoting their business, the power of online marketing is unparalleled at the moment. This is also where online video marketing steps in.

Flying M Air, LLC is a Wenatchee, WA area helicopter operator that has been serving the western United States since 2001.

Flying M Air was founded in October 2000 when it acquired a 1999 Robinson R22 Beta II helicopter. This 2-place helicopter was leased to a flight school in Chandler, AZ, from October 2000 through May 2001.

In October 2001, Flying M Air began FAA Part 91 helicopter sightseeing tour operations at Wickenburg Municipal Airport in Wickenburg, AZ. In addition to tours, the company provided aerial photography services to individuals and real estate companies. The business was expanded for the winter 2003/2004 season with the lease of a 4-place Robinson R44 Raven helicopter. This larger helicopter enabled the company to triple its tour business and offer rides and tours from locations other than Wickenburg. This helicopter was returned to its owner when the lease was up in April 2004.

NEW YORK — A computer system that checks airline passengers’ names against the federal terror watch list briefly went off-line Wednesday night, federal law enforcement sources told CBS News.

A federal law enforcement source told CBS News correspondent Jeff Pegues officials were trying to determine the extent of the problem.

CBS News transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave reported that a Department of Homeland Security official said a router went offline which required a “manual process of vetting against the (secure flight) watch list.”

Pegues reported it was possible to manually match terror watch list names with passengers, although it is a tedious process. The source told Pegues it was likely the protocol airports were using until the problem was resolved.
